ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Sam Blaze, MBA, CPCU

Sam is a revenue operations and claims executive with over a decade of experience across property and casualty insurance, catastrophe response, and operational leadership.
Most recently, he served as Director of Revenue at Claim Warrior, where he drove 20% MoM revenue growth, closed $3.2M in won contract value during the final 64 days of his tenure, and launched a second public adjusting brand from scratch.
Sam holds an MBA from NYU Stern and the CPCU, ARM, and AIC-M designations. He came up through the insurance industry; including catastrophe response, surety and construction defect claims at The Hanover Insurance Group, and operational leadership at multi-state insurance and adjusting firms.
He founded Blaze RevOps in 2026 after seeing the same pattern across every firm he worked with: revenue infrastructure built piecemeal over years, never rebuilt for the scale the business actually needs.
